The lack of oxygen supply at the cost of lives of the patients has raised eye brows among the citizenry of this region in particular and the country and world in general. Put question mark on the poor management and poor health infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir and particularly in Government Medical College Houspital Jammu. The health care system in the region is looked after by the Department of Health and Medical Education having aim in managing, bringing improvement in the sector and improving the health conditions and status of the people especially in rural areas. It seeks to provide affordable medical facilities to the poor people. In the wake of COVID 19 outbreak there is no such saparate treatment centres exclusively for COVID patients. Spoken by more then 120000 people in Bhaderwah and its surrounding villages, this Pahari language has a rich tapestry of grammar and folklore, yet it awaits official recognition. G.A. The area is located in the erstwhile Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir is still facing step motherly treatment and authorities are reluctant to act as the transportation in the area is in a bad shape. In this age of digitalization, the area is witnessing an acute transport like buses for the poor masses to travel from one hamlet to another.    However, the area is evidence that except slogans the authorities failed to speed up road connectivity. If one goes deep in the remote areas of Doda district, the real picture exposes claims of the authorities. The area still becomes prey of discrimination by the successive. Sadaket Ali Malik Born in village Dhreveri in Bhalessa Doda in Jammu and Kashmir on ist september 1937.  Hazrat Ghulam Rasool Owesi RA is a name in the field of spirituality and sufi order. Belonging to a Malik family of Dhreveri Bhalessa in Doda is an upland village located on the steep slope near Gandoh Bhalessa where this legendary personality was born. Born to Munawar Malik of Dhreveri Bhalessa. His grandfather kh. Assad Malik migrated from Bhaderwah and settled in Dhreveri where he used earn his livelihood by adopting tailoring as his profession owing to which he had taken reverence among the local people.
