BHALESSA: June,13,2017 Besides a plethora of account holders in Jammu and Kashmir Bank branches located in Changa Dudwar Bhatyas Kahara and other places, in Doda District, the pupolace is yet to have access to their own money withdrawal as a single ATM located at Gandoh cant serve the purpose in this vast landscape. The local NGO Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz has submitted a representation to the coorporate office of the bank at Srinagar requesting the chairman of the bank for immediate opening of ATMs in Soti, Dudwar, Kilhotran Changa, Bhatyas area, Chilly area, Jitota and Kahara Malanoo areas.
