Bhalessa Saqafati Markuz demanded restoration of communication networks in Chenab Valley

Doda :  August 21, 2019 :  Bhalessa Saqafati Markuz (an NGO) has demanded immediate restoration of phone service for Chenab valley as the people are at hard hit and dont know the whereabouts of the students, nears and dears working outside the chenab Valley. The ngo has urged the adminstration to make possible efforts or create helplines or completely restore the mobile and internet services. The Bhalessa saqafati Markuz has expressed anguish over the information blockade in the area as people are suffering badly due to lack of communication. The NGO has requested the Governor to look into the matter.

Malik Mohalla Soti Bhalessa residents lists demands, submitted memorandum to Governor, Adminstration.

A meeting of residents of Soti Dudwar  Malik Mohalla, Bhalessa was convened to discuss the problems confronted to the residents. A meeting was held under the presidentship of elderly Mohammed Sultan Malik, the inhabitants highlighted the following demands. 1. Changa Tehsil be made functional thereby separate Patwar halqas and Girdawar circles be created.                          2.  Link road facility to Chowkidar Mohallah, Old Soti Malik Mohellah, KhemalZar, Madhan, Munshi Mohallah and be connected to Kakoti, Gudgan area as these areas are devoid from main roads. These interior areas be linked either from Changa Bala,or Masjid shrarief Changa (Near the house of (Asgar Hussain). 3. There are three pipelines from Service reservoir Soti to Malik Mohalla, but all remained dry throughout the year owing to the damages and poor maintenance by the concerned Department. The fact that, these pipelines are drawn along a insanitary drain and is overlapped alongside insanitary drain leading

1. These interior areas be linked either from Changa Bala,or Masjid shrarief Changa (Near the house of (Asgar Hussain).  3. There are three pipelines from Service reservoir Soti to Malik Mohalla, but all remained dry throughout the year owing to the damages and poor maintenance by the concerned Department. Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz shocked over accident at TKN Road

BHALESSA : Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz (Bhalessa Heritage Centre) has  expressed shock over the frequent accidents that took place in Doda and Machipal in which two persons died. BHC has expressed it a big loss for the area. In two different accidents two persons lost precious lives. In another accident 25 people got injured. Bhalessa Heritage Centre has demanded magistrial enquiry into the accident and has demanded vigil check and opening of Traffic Check Posts and revoke of rash driving and drugs abuse in these routes.

Bhalessa Heritage Centre demended financial aid for Bathri Landslide victims :

Bhalessa Heritage Centre has demanded relief measures for victims of Bathri Landslide that took place today in which more then two dozon shops came under the menifold of landslide. The landslide has resulted in the complete damage of commodities belonging to the bread earners. The Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz ( Bhalessa Heritage Centre has expressed shock and termed it poor drainage system and appealed the adminstration to provide relief and financial assistance to the owners of small shop owners who belong the the poorest section of the society. Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz President Sadaket Malik said that such landslides and fire etc caught several other areas but no concrete steps were taken to provide a financial help to these. The inhabitants has requested the governor to announce the healthy economic package for each bread earner so that they may overcome this loss and stand up again for earning their living.

Bhalessa residents demand admission to Science stream at GDC Kilhotran

Bhalessa:  The inhabitants of Bhalessa has expressed resentment over the non functioning of Science stream in Government Degree College Kilhotran Bhalessa Doda even though the science stream and post for the same was sanctioned in the year 2014. The deputation of  parents approached the principal and higher authorities of the department several times for start of the admission process for the science stream but in vain. A spokesman of an organisation Bhalessa Heritage Centre (,Bhalessa Saqafti Markuz) has asked the Director Colleges Jammu, Principal of the college that why science stream is not functioning. The students are deviod of the science stream admission. Bhalessa Heritage Centre Condoled demise of Fatima Azad.

Jammu : Bhalessa Heritage Centre, has condoled the demise of  Begum Fatima Azad wife of son of the soil and a great social reformer and educationist Late Gh Rasool Azad.       The Bhalessa Heritage centre has termed it a great loss of Bhalessa, Bhaderwah. The BHC President Sh Sadaket Malik termed her a noble lady who always strived to serve Bhalessa during the dark days.  The BHC has grieved the Dr Tariq Azad,  Javed Azad and Davood Azad, Shaheena Azad, and Dr. Pamposh Azad. The BHC members has coveyed heartfelt condolence to the family.
